Please Note - Do not tamper or modify the sabers or remove any parts or screws from the hilt. If you do not know what you are doing you can cause damage. Saber Force will not be liable for any damage or malfunction that occurs, if you tamper with the saber or remove parts and screws from the hilt that should not be removed. If you are unsure please contact us.

Always use a 5V,1A charging adapter to ensure you charge the saber safely. If you use the incorrect charging adapter you could cause internal damage to the saber. Every phone & USB charging adapter is different so you must check on the adapter that it is suitable before charging your saber. Standard RGB blades require a base lit hilt. This means that the LED light is emitted from the hilt and shines up inside the blade. NEO core blades have LED strips that run along the entire length of the blade making them much brighter than the standard blades.

Yes each one of our Sabers come with Smooth Swing.

To attach the blade to the hilt, you need to insert the blade in to the emitter and tighten the provided screws either side of the emitter. There will be some threaded holes that the screws will go in to. This can be done with the small allen key that is provided. Tighten until you pinch the blade so it stays in place.

Our Sabers are made for having duels but please do so safely. We recommend that you use full protective equipment if using the sabers for combat, including face and hand protection. Please make sure you have plenty of space and permission from any land/property owners.

Please also note that for heavier duelling we recommend the RGB base lit combat sabers.
The NeoPixel combat sabers have an LED strip along the blade which can be used for duelling however we would recommend these blades for light/medium duelling.

Please note if your saber has been damaged from Dueling we cannot offer refunds or replacements. 

We try our best to be as fast and efficient at getting your item packed and shipped out to you. For all orders placed on our site, please allow 1 -2 business days for us to get your order ready.

We send out our orders promptly when they are ready which is normally delivered in 3-8 business days.

You will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 - 48 hours.

You are welcome to change or cancel your order as long as you contact us within 24 hours or your original order being placed. 

If your order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel or change your order.

You are welcome to return your saber within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. If you wish to return your saber please contact us at support@lightsaberforce.com.au

Please Note - We will not approve refunds where in the case of physical neglect.
(If the saber looks like you were dueling with the opposite end) your refund will not be approved.

Each Saber purchased through our store comes with a 12 month warranty.

If your saber becomes faulty within the 12 month warranty period please contact us at support@lightsaberforce.com.au

We will organize a return label to have your saber repaired or fully replaced.

Please Note - We will inspect the saber to ensure there has been no case of physical neglect. If there is clear signs of physical neglect the warranty claim will not be approved.

*Refunds are only eligible within 30 days of receiving your saber or we cannot repair or replace your saber under a warranty claim.
